Position Summary:

On-call Mental Health Therapist position available for our Behavioral Health Department in Bellingham. The on-call MH Therapist is needed to cover employees vacation or PTO. The sites for coverage are Mount Vernon, Oak Harbor, Everett and Lynnwood. Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from these sites.

The MH Therapist provides assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved with treatment. In addition, the therapist will provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and lead groups.

Qualifications and/or Requirements:Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology or social work, which includes course work in psychological diagnostics required.

  • Applicants should qualify as an MHP in accordance with state WACs.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Salary offered for this position is $26.50 per hour for MHT II; $29.81 per hour for MHT III; $32.67 for Licensed MHT.
