Confidential Full Charge Bookkeeper in Bellingham, Washington
We are a locally owned bookkeeping firm looking for a full time, full charge bookkeeper.
You will be responsible for full cycle accounting. The ability to juggle several organizational tasks at once is a must.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of general ledger
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Payroll
Reconciling bank and credit card statements
Quarterly/monthly tax filings (payroll/revenue)
Occasional clean up projects
Requirements:
Computer skills- Excel, Word, Outlook
Good Customer Service Skills
Strong attention to detail
Team player/Great communication skills
Quarterly tax filing experience: Monthly and quarterly
QuickBooks experience desktop & online versions
Online POS experience a plus
2+ years full charge bookkeeping experience
