Job Duties & Responsibilities include: Operate electric or gas forklifts to load and unload trucks, ships, railcars, and containers *Warehouse fresh and frozen products in racking systems or by free stacking pallets *Operate handheld RF scanners *Check load and counts of inbound and outbound products to ensure accuracy *Routinely communicate with team members to minimize truck wait times, report issues, and complete tasks on time as assigned *Conduct daily safety inspections of powered industrial equipment before use *Able to quickly learn new computer systems and understand basic inventory and warehousing principles Benefits: *Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for $144/month for you and your eligible dependents. *Individual medical deductibles of $250 with an annual out-of-pocket maximum of $2,000 *Access to 10 local and well-established medical clinics, including urgent care clinics, with zero co-pays *Retirement plans; 401 (k) with company match and pension contributions *Long-term Disability Insurance *Company-provided Life Insurance *Annual wage increases *Paid time off accruals starting on day one with the potential to earn up to 5 weeks of vacation a year *Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked more than 8 in a day or 40 in a week Pay: $19.07 per hour to start with *a quick increase after the probationary period Shift: **
