Bellingham Technical College invites applications for a Continuing Education Instructor for Flagging & Traffic Control. Teaching assignments are expected to begin after hiring. Flagging courses have variable schedules but are generally held on Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., two to three Saturdays per quarter with additional times and days as the need arises. Courses are taught throughout the academic year, Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer quarters. Course work to teach includes traffic control, signs, channelization, general safety procedures, d
