Customer Service Representative:
Representatives are hired at $19 increasing to $20 after training is completed
Part Time Positions available
Must be able to work weekends
Who We Are:
Front Desk is an answering service for a wide variety of industries. We provide the human element for our clients when they are away from their phones, so they can continue to provide seamless service to their customers. The industries we assist range from pest control companies to large healthcare providers. What we do is important not only to our clients, but the people we are helping on the other end of the call.
It is our mission to support organizations with outstanding customer service.
We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year and are looking for team members that are okay with being at least a little flexible with their schedule. All positions are based on site at our Bellingham location.
Essential Job Duties:
You will answer a wide variety of calls, from the mundane to highly sensitive, time is of the essence topics. You will dispatch security and alarm calls. You must have the ability to follow detailed instructions and relay detailed messages with accuracy while maintaining composure, empathy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Don't worry, we provide a tiered training and scripts so that you are comfortable taking all of our calls.
Providing stellar service to our callers and clients must be top priority every day.
Who You Are:
You are a quick study when it comes to software applications and processes, and truly enjoy helping people. You understand the importance of showing up on time and consistently to your job. Clear communication comes easily to you and you are comfortable asking questions if you are unsure and providing help to teammates if they need assistance.

Minimum Requirements:
- 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and remain alert
- Type at least 40 WPM
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English
Bilingual individuals and those with previous medical and call center experience are encouraged to apply.
