TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Bellingham, Washington

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Location: Bellingham, Washington

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Flexible schedules from 5am – 6pm M-F, including options for four 10-12 hour days if desired. 40-45 hours per week.

About the Role : Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a dynamic role in a supportive environment? TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for medical providers and members. Under the guidance of our Lead Customer Service Representative, you will handle various communications via phone, fax, web, and mail, ensuring our members and providers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service emails: sort, respond, follow-up, and archive as necessary.

  • Handle customer service calls (up to 8 continuous hours daily with breaks).

  • Collect, sort, scan, and distribute mail.

  • Distribute faxes and respond to portal inquiries/issues.

  • Update vendor W-9s and conduct provider/member outreach calls.

  • Assist members with billing issues and support the claims department with reimbursements, error logs, and Pend reports.

  • Provide project support for account management and claims, including provider relations and miscellaneous projects.

    Qualifications:

  • Must type 50+ WPM.

  • Healthcare background is a plus.
