Job Summary As a Call Center Agent for Unity Care NW, you will help to coordinate clinic appointments, answer patient questions, assist call center supervisor in business performance, and represent the clinic in all telephone interactions. You will be expected to provide direct, high-quality customer service to all callers and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere.
