What You'll Do in Your Role The Vice President of Consumer Go-To-Market will play a meaningful role in leading a strategic go-to-market and delivery program that supports our digital-first ambitions. This role is strategically responsible for leading all aspects of a team across four main centers of excellence, playing a critical role in partnering with the Marketing organization and other key collaborators to bring new products and services to market. As a key member of the Consumer Group Leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive growth, increase market share, and enhance the overall customer experience. The VP ensures all programs enable frontline teams to self-serve and digitally serve customers with excellence, contributing to our mission to be famous for experience. They are responsible for ensuring the quality of what we bring to market, maintaining our driven speed to market, and minimizing all points of failure. Through their leadership, they significantly contribute to the strategic goals and values of T-Mobile. Un-carrier Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them, driving growth and market expansion. Customer-Centric Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies that enhance the customer journey, both in-store and through digital channels. Focus on providing personalized, seamless experiences that meet the diverse needs of our customers, using data and insights to continually refine and improve these experiences. Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and mentor a high-caliber team dedicated to delivering elite customer service. Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, ensuring that T-Mobile attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in the industry. Demonstrate and align large organizations around the T-Mobile values. Operational Leadership and Excellence: Set strategic operational goals and standards across four main centers of excellence, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality execution. Lead the planning and execution of successful product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and operational teams. Develop comprehensive launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Consumer Experience to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market plans. Ensure alignment on key initiatives and foster a collaborative environment that supports the overall strategic goals of the organization. Engage with external partners and collaborators to explore new opportunities and partnerships that enhance the customer experience.
