Job Description :

The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the world to buyers shopping o n our marketplaces . Our customers have access to hundreds of millions of offers from sellers globally. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Leader to build 0 -1 seller-facing product experiences to enable millions of sellers to fulfill orders directly from their warehouses. These experiences will enable sellers to manage their shippin g settings, optimize delivery promises, and fulfill orders seamlessly to deliver best-in-class delivery experience to our customers globally. This role requires developing a strategy and plan to provide affordable shipping services, enable fast and accurate shipping promises , a nd ensure timely deliveries to our customers globally . The leader in this role will prioritize and develop integrations with leading domestic and international carriers. This leader will collaborate with b usiness, e xternal s ervice p roviders (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service providers), p roduct, e ngineering, a nalytics, data science, and d esign to deliver on the key success metrics for the Seller- F ulfilled business.

  • Defining long-term vision and creating product strategy for Seller-fulfilled product leveraging internal and external best practices , and standards to drive decision making .

  • Identifying global market opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the market and competition .

  • Leading with a b uilder's mindset and delivering on product roadmap by identifying customers and se ller need s globally , gathering and documenting requirements, overseeing the development of products by other associates , c ollecting and analyzing customer , seller, and product data , turning insights into actionable priorities and initiatives , defining user and business acceptance criteria and roll out strategy , managing risks and dependencies , and prioritizing product backlog .

  • Delivering innovative solutions by partnering with b usiness, u ser e xperience, e ngineering, a nalytics, and design teams and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership.

  • Building and developing a high performing team of Product Managers.

  • Moving fast in an agile and iterative team environment .

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, and 1 2 + years' experience in product strategy and product management .

  • 5+ years of experience in hiring and developing teams .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, e ngineering, b usiness a dministration, or s upply c hain , and 10 + years' experience as a Product Leader , working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C , supply chain and logistic s product

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
