Almond Bellevue LLC Transaction Coordinator in Bellevue, Washington

Job Duties: Transaction Support Download incoming commission wire information from banking site. Match wires to transactions in closing software and incoming settlement statements. Maintain incoming closing wire spreadsheet and assist with daily incoming funds balancing. Follow up with companies for missing settlement statements via email and/or phone. Follow up to ensure timely receipt so transactions can be closed. Work closely with Commission Closers to assist with tickets and/or requests for information to ensure closing of transactions within standards set for department. Monitor systems for incoming earnest money wires. Enter deposit information into transaction software, create deposit receipts and upload receipts to transaction file. Work with Transaction Processing team and/or branches to resolve earnest money deposit issues timely. Complete all earnest money verification requests. Daily Commissions Support Process varying volumes of real estate commissions efficiently within company standards (timeliness/accuracy) for all branches daily. Review electronic files to ensure required, legible documentation is included. Verify scanned file documents match system records and validate agent commission calculation. Assist with end of day processing of commissions and making sure department balances daily. Produce and distribute commission checks and direct deposit daily. Ensure that correct splits and deductions are processed prior to closing the file. Communicate and follow-up on discrepancies using “Commission Ticket” email method. Education & Experience: 1-2 years hands-on experience working with accounting or financial-based data entry & follow-up. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information. Ability to learn new processes quickly. Ability to complete job timely with minimal supervision. Exceptional numerical aptitude, analytical & problem-solving abilities. Positive & productive attitude. Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills. Solid attendance history. Computer Skills/Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word. The schedule is M-F (7:30-4:30 or 8-5), The pay is DOE but ranging from $16-20/hour. The job is an open-ended temporary assignment with chance for conversion to direct-hire
