Experis Game Solutions is seeking an E-Commerce Test Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving quality. E-commerce esting experience is required in this fun and collaborative environment!

Job Title: Test Lead (Quality Assurance, QA)

Location: remote

Pay: $80-95k depending on experience + comprehensive benefit plan

Key Responsibilities

• Author comprehensive test plans and develop staffing plans based on needs of the project

• Development of project milestone and test schedule roadmap

• Develop mitigation strategies to identified risks with guidance of more experienced leads

• Facilitate STE-driven initiatives as Lead Sponsor

• Management and development of a team of Test Associates and Software Test Engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading test teams

• Knowledgeable of advanced testing techniques and methodologies

• Familiar with data analysis and capable of identify bug trends and gaps in test coverage

• Experienced with test case management software

• Knowledgeable of e-Commerce systems
