Job DescriptionThis position is in support of Supply Chain and Marketing categories. Builds and maintains supplier relationships for T-Mobile. Establishes, continual negotiation and maintaining all commercial terms and contracts with our suppliers. Owns and drives strategic sourcing initiatives- Requests for Information, Quotes and proposals (RFX). Helps to drive T-Mobile's strategic direction within certain categories of spend. Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing groups, ensuring supplier performance, and drives strategic sourcing initiatives. This also includes Category management, sourcing plan management, supplier issue tracking/resolution, project status communication and risk assessment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage category strategies.Identify opportunities to drive cost out of the business while increasing quality.Drafting, negotiating, and executing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, and letter agreements.Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business reviewsCompetitively sourcing spend through rfp, rfi and rfqsLiaise with cross functional teams to interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirementsCreate and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approvalAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering4-7 years of Experience in a technology or indirect sourcing, an engineering role or similar role in a fast paced mid to large company.4-7 years of Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company.Experience in Project Management, MS Office, RFP/RFI Development, Contract Negotiation and Strategic Sourcing & communication.Develop, implement, and manage category strategies. Self-directed, dynamic, and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a challenging and changing environment.RFP/RFI Development & eProcurement tools.Strong analytical skills, ability to build financial analysis & demonstrated ability to successfully influence people and teams to drive toward results within deadlines.Negotiate MSA, SOWs, letter agreements, amendments and provide creative solutions in contracting.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation skills and the ability to convey the message to the senior leadership team is required. Candidate must possess strong decision making, problem solving and negotiating skills.Strength in relationship building across business and organizational boundaries.
