Salesforce Inc.  seeks Technical Support Engineer in Bellevue WA:

Job Duties: Debugging, troubleshooting, and taking responsibility to see that the issue is fully resolved, including handling escalations.  Act as a trusted advisor to the customer on issues related to their Tableau products and infrastructure resulting in high customer satisfaction.  Collaborate with different teams such as TAMs, Sales, Ops Admins, Dev etc. at Tableau to provide a seamless experience to the customer. Identify and improve documentation and processes. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers. Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy. Replicate issues (in-house) and provide solutions and RCAs within stipulated time. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Management Information Systems)

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Troubleshooting complex issues; (2) Creating Power BI reports; (3) Writing SQL queries; (4) Creating custom dashboards; (5) Analyze, interpret, and communicate technical errors and solutions.

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $128,502.00 - $130,000.00 per annum.
