Job Description

Our client is looking to add technical sourcing recruiters to their team to focus on hiring for SDE roles as well as other niche technical positions. You will partner with your team to ensure the most qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers and that candidates have an exceptional experience from their first interaction to their first day and beyond.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (hardware or software) in a high hiring-bar environment

-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements

-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

-Strong communication and influencing skills

-Experience utilizing Beamery, iCIMS and Hiretual -Experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Netflix or Astra, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, SpaceX, Blue Origin.
