Our client, a leading ecommerce company, is looking to add two technical sourcing recruiters to one of their growing organizations. Tech Sourcing Recruiters in this space will work with candidates from initial outreach through to offer stage, partnering with Recruiting Business Partners and stakeholders to fill open roles with best-in-class talent.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (specifically hardware) in a high hiring-bar environment

-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements

-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

-Strong communication and influencing skills -Experience utilizing Beamery, Hirtual, iCIMS

-Experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Netflix or Astra, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, SpaceX, Blue Origin.

-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process null
