Technical Program Manager V BCforward is seeking a Technical Program Manager to work onsite in Bellevue WA. Start/End Dates: 8/5/2024 - 2/4/2025 Technical Program Manager V Role is onsite in Bellevue, WA Pay: $85-$90/hr/W2 The main function of a Technical Program Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities. Job Responsibilities Develop roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs. Lead cross functional teams implementing the roadmap from the early stage of development through launch. Lead launch/release activities as it pertains to software features and deliverables. Work across teams in various geographic locations to communicate privacy best practices and remediate privacy violations. Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, risks/issues, and to deliver commitment. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks. Develop best practices in a quickly changing and dynamic environment. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review. Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently. Must Have Skills : 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Product Manager managing software programs from inception to production. Experience in the Privacy or Security area is a plus. Building and Scaling Platforms Working clients / cross- functional teams Nice to have skills / soft skills: Highly motivated Someone who is able to collaborate Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. Privacy and infrastructure- TPM applying controls to data and infrastructure- reality labs Accessibility -building an accessibility platform for reality labs- TPM to manager this.
