CTG Technical Governance Lead – Supply Chain & IT Project Management in Bellevue, Washington

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Governance Lead to oversee IT project management efforts, specifically within supply chain development and testing services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Agile teams, ensuring project alignment with business objectives, and driving governance across IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.

  • Oversee IT governance for supply chain development and testing services, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to monitor project performance, risk management, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

  • Manage resource planning, including integrating additional staff based on project needs.

  • Provide oversight on SAP and Digital Architectures, ensuring alignment with system development life cycles.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution and governance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Technical Governance Lead or in IT project management, specifically in supply chain development and testing.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading multiple Scrum teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in resource planning and management, including staff augmentation based on project demands.

  • Familiarity with SAP and Digital Architectures, with a strong understanding of system development life cycles.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $126,000 to $132,500 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
