TITLE: Systems Analysts (Mobile UI) [Jr. Level -- I]; DUTIES: Under close supervision of the IT Lead, design mobile customer experience for existing & new customers; Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders and product owners; Maintain up to date industry knowledge and use such systems techniques and skills to dynamically resolve product challenges and determine technical impacts; Execute flawlessly on major product launches through a deep understanding of the product vision, desired customer experience and attention to details throughout the development process; Establish and maintain development priorities across the organization and work with key partners by ensuring understanding of the product vision and its importance and developing reciprocal win-win relationships; Understand customer, business, and technical inputs to create new and/or improve existing customer experiences; Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks; Design, superior UX skills, and ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and mobile app experiences; Create deliverables to support the work effort including wireframes, user scenarios, task flows, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, journey maps, etc.; Collaborate with other UX team members to ensure standard design practices are utilized and overall experiences are consistent; Work with product owners and tech leads to prioritizing business, technical and customer requirements in the design of solutions; Work with product management, design the user interaction approach for new and/or changes to existing customer experiences within the mobile apps; Present designs and articulates approach to gather feedback and approval from all key approvers and stakeholders; Work with development team in the implementation of UX solutions; Collaborate within the scrum team with engineers to ensure the technical solution supports the experience requirements, and the overall experience meets design and brand standards; Work within a matrix organization collaborating with business stakeholders, other customer experience teams, project managers, and other relevant eCommerce teams; Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications; Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on, and related to user or system design specifications; Technology used involves UI/UX design tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Axure RP; Prototyping tools: InVision, Marvel, Proto.io; HTML, CSS, JavaScript; May perform some or all of above tasks depending on scope of each project assignment; Work involves travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA; REQUIREMENTS: Applicants need to have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equiv.) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) - Design, & Intelligence, Technology Innovation, Computer Science or any IT related field and 9 months of experience in the job offered including the technologies identified; SALARY: $113,800/Year; HOURS: 40 Hours Per Week; Mon. -- Fri.
