Together, we won't stop! The Supply Chain Planner is a critical part of our Fulfillment team within our Supply Chain organization. This individual will interact regularly with internal customers, Dealers and National Retailers to manage orders, shipments and customer inquiries. The Supply Chain Planner will work closely with multiple teams and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Review and validate customer orders to ensure orders are shipping per customer expectations request inventory as needed. Generate, analyze and monitor open order reports to validate system integrity, SLA, EDI and IDOCs Establishes and maintains business relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics and Allocation Planning to assure on-time delivery, communication on backorder and resolution of picking, shipping and capacity issues Aggregate, review and collaborate with allocation Planning to clear backorders, release orders to DC and support daily open order review activities Resolve order and return exceptions, coordinate adjustment to deductions with Finance, Channel Manager and Customer and authorize replacement or credit Root-cause process failures and implement process improvements Optimize customer experience, responsible for timely resolution/proactive results for T-Mobile Channels. Review and create applicable credits. Flex to business need and support multiple brands supported by Fulfillment team Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed Qualifications : 0-2 years of supply chain experience Understanding of CRM methodologies and supply chain management Understanding of supply chain systems and structures Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams Ability to connect work in functional area upstream and or downstream in supply chain Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning Working knowledge of Excel, basic formulas, pivots, etc. Undergraduate degree Business, Economics or related field required Supply chain experience in the wireless industry preferred Experience in SAP ECC/fulfillment systems preferred #LI-Corporate Washington Pay Range : $72,400.00 - $98,000.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
