Work Location: Bellevue, WA / Frisco, TX Degree Level: Undergraduate or Graduate Requested Student Classification: Junior Year (Class of 2026) | Entering Senior Year (Class of 2025) or Graduated (Summer of 2024) Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to be part of the Automation Strategy team and work on business impacting critical programs that spans the enterprise. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier? What you will do Work with various teams in the iGRC organization to contribute towards Product customer experience and Training enablements Process definition, streamlining and automations Work with the iGRC stakeholders and business teams Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelo'rs or Master's program in Business Administration, Computer Science or Data Management, Project Management Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills, BI knowledge a plus Excellent communication skills - written and verbal communication Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Ability to facilitate workshops and interactive training sessions Attention to detail and willingness to assist in building structure and processes Has positive energy, curiosity and willingness to learn, interest in learning Risk & Compliance discipline -At least 18 years of age -Legally authorized to work in the United States -High School Diploma or GED -Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year -Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
