What It's Like You will be joining a Customer & Network Analytics team that develops and automates end-to-end AI solutions, identifying network issues that impact customer experience. You will gain first-hand experience working at the heart of the team that leverages network and customer datasets to drive Engineering, Consumer, and Marketing initiatives. We continuously analyze complex, high-dimensional datasets across customer journeys, uncover customer and network experience issues, build and deploy machine learning models, and drive business initiatives that improve customer experiences. Our team operates within a collaborative environment where diverse skill sets come together to manage all machine learning operations, from initial model development to final deployment. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier? What You'll Do As an intern, you will support data analysis and machine learning efforts, helping uncover insights from customer and network data. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in MLOps, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies and tools like Azure ML, Databricks, and GitLab CI/CD. Additionally, you will collaborate with experienced team members and grow your skills in data analytics, developing and operationalizing machine learning models. Key Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of customer journeys and key business metrics to help track and enhance customer and network experiences Extract actionable insights on customer experiences by conducting deep-dive analysis of multi-dimensional customer and network data sets Collaborate with team members to develop, deploy and refine machine learning models that uncover, and address customer experience issues Create and deliver presentations communicating data analysis, machine learning results and recommendations in a clear, concise manner Assist in monitoring machine learning pipelines within Azure ML and Databricks, learning to troubleshoot issues and support operational continuity under guidance Utilize cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps tools (GitLab CI/CD) to support deployment and maintenance of ML models What It Takes Strong programming skills in SQL and Python, with the ability to apply to data analysis, automation, or machine learning tasks Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and big data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Spark Experience in data analytics and machine learning using libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, preferably applied to improving customer experience Exposure to MLOps and DevOps concepts, with an interest in learning about code review, optimization, deploying and maintaining production-
