What You'll Do You will develop AI-driven experiences to support our employee-focused mission. With a solid understanding of the AI industry landscape, you will conduct comprehensive market evaluations and select products and partners that align with our vision. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand employee needs and help build experiences that address the requirements of both frontline employees and broader HR and facility needs, including recruiting, talent management, timekeeping, and workforce management. You will translate these needs into product features and build AI-based solutions. Additionally, you will be skilled at mining data to generate insights, address business needs, and utilize internal channels to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Continuously develops and maintains an up-to-date understanding of AI trends, assessing external vendor opportunities to innovate and address both employee and business needs. Collaborates with business and product managers to understand current employee needs, formulating an AI strategy and roadmap to identify areas of opportunity. Builds AI-based experiences to drive the AI roadmap and strategy, prioritizing activities based on their impact on the business and employees. Leverages data and feedback to perform analysis and generate insights for product improvements. What It Takes Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, prompt engineering, and tuning. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java, with a strong focus on AI technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and feature prioritization. Customer-centric approach, adept at understanding needs and translating them into clear product requirements. Exceptional communication skill
