T-Mobile's Studio Manager oversees project management of all communications within T-Studios in-house production dept, including planning/resourcing of projects, creative development, reviews/approvals and delivery/execution of projects. Responsibilities: Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects. Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication. Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two-four years related work experience or 7 years related work experience post high school. 2-4 Years - Account Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications 2-4 Years - Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures Proficient using Excel, Workfront, Outlook, and Teams Ability to engage in teamwork, internal communications, and problem solving Travel: 25% (Domestic/Overnight) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $96,400.00 - $130,400.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
