T-Mobile's Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is undergoing a large-scale finance transformation journey: reinventing and modernizing the way we work and do business! We are seeking a seasoned change management professional to execute change management activities for the finance, procurement, and supply chain organization in support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. As a key member of T-Mobile's change management team, and in partnership with the System Integrator change management team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing change plans in support of multiple ERP releases. This includes the identification of key stakeholders and change impacts across T-Mobile; the creation of impact mitigation and user readiness plans (communications, business readiness, and training actions); development of communications and engagement materials; and execution and monitoring of user readiness plans. You will manage ERPfunctional workstream relationships in execution of those plans, including partnering with the right subject matter experts to gather input on change deliverables. You will also identify dependencies, risks, and/or issues in delivery of change management. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in change management activities, including creating change mitigation plans to address change impacts and experience with user readiness assessments and results analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with System Integrator change team to understand change impacts, stakeholders, and change plans per ERP release. Integrate and manage change impacts and user readiness data collected from ERP workstreams . Liaise with other ERP workstreams (e.g., functional/process, technical) to share and review change management plans and deliverables. Support translating ERP solution to business and user friendly communications in an end-to-end manner. Support execution of user readiness surveys and results analysis including reviewing results with business leaders and managing dashboards or reports. Partner with business leaders on execution of business readiness actions to prepare for go-live. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration / Computer Science (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years Knowledge of key business processes along with strong analytical skills. (Required) 4-7 years Experience in owning, managing and delivering large transformation projects. (Preferred) 7-10 years Progressive cross-functional leadership experience in setting technology strategy, software development, engineering and operations. (Preferred) 4-7 years Management consulting experience in strategy, finance, operations, risk management, and systems integration. (Preferred) Proven change management experience (including ERP or large system implementations) (Required) Strong project management abilities, capable of coordinating diverse inputs to meet change management objectives. (Required) Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including an external System Integrator. (Required) Understanding of change management methodologies and experience in large-scale transformation projects.
