Together, we won't stop! T-Mobile Business Group (TBG) Strategy & Planning team works with executive leaders from across the company to build the growth strategy for the business. As the Senior Strategy & Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by developing key insights and communicating recommendations to support informed decision making at the highest levels of the organization. This position works closely with the Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology teams. What You'll Do Strategic Thinking: Support the Senior Leadership of TBG with comprehensive insights on customers, partners, and product portfolio to derive meaningful growth opportunities Executive Communication: Convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and succinctly for an executive audience Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Sales, Product, and Marketing and develop strong relationships across the company Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations Market Research: Generate insights from various sources to assess market landscape including competitive advantage, market positioning and other quantitative data Project Management: Support executive briefing process, ensuring all deliverables are executed effectively and on time Who You Are Excellent written and verbal communicator with a keen eye for detail. Can articulate vision, strategies, ideas, and complex concepts clearly and concisely Exceptional project manager who knows how to bring structure and clarity to situations where direction is limited Proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems down into manageable components Natural hustler with a contagious "can-do" attitude Team player, adept at working with others across functions and build strong relationships across T-Mobile to overcome obstacles and gain alignment to achieve results 7+ years in strategy, business planning, or other related experience requiring executive presentation and communication skills, Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or other related fields. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
