Our team is searching for our next full stack Sr Software Engineer who will work with a team of other software engineers to craft, implement, and deploy complete systems which meet customer's requirements and are cloud native. You'll focus on the creation, maintenance and improvement of full stack software solutions that typically include front end web frameworks, back-end services, micro services, databases, and all associated cloud infrastructure required to deploy and maintain the solution. You'll be responsible for crafting, deploying and supporting a full software solution and encouraged to have a broad range of knowledge as a generalist across the full software stack. While working on moderately difficult assignments, you'll need to have good judgment in resolving issues and the confidence to make recommendations leading to solutions. Responsibilities: Drives engineering projects by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations. Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Independent study of current technology is encouraged. Interact with system engineers to define system requirement and/or vital requirements for automation. Evaluate existing solutions and bring new perspective and creativity to further enhance customer experience and streamline processes. Continuously learns and teaches others existing and new technologies. Contributes to the development of others through mentoring or in house workshops and learning sessions. Document solutions utilizing wiki, markdown, and other facilities for their systems and applications. Develop user interfaces and experiences using the latest angular/react frameworks. Collaborate with UI developers and backend engineers in the process of building the RESTful API Building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. Expertise in Unit-test cases development and testing. Work Experience: 5+ years developing using Perl, Java, Python 2 & 3 (Required) 5+ years current experience working in a Linux environment (Specifically in RHEL 7/8) having good knowledge about Linux file systems and administration (Required) 5+ years hands on experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular JS, Restful Web services, Maven, Junit, RESTful Webservices Experience in SQL, Shell Scripting, and/or relational database design and development (Required) Proficiency in Nodejs (Required) Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (Required) Gitlab, CICD (Required) Experience with large data sets processing (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to tackle business problems (Preferred) Proven understanding of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores (Preferred) Cloudera stack - Impala, HDFS, KUDU(Preferred) Experience for unit testing tools like Karma and Jasm
