You Are: UST is searching for a Sr. Project Manager who will perform end-to-end management of a single project up to TCV of 500K with time and effort based or deliverable based model; by delivering the agreed scope, within the agreed timeline and cost. Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met, enhancing customer satisfaction. The Opportunity: Manage cybersecurity training curricula. Work with stakeholders and business units to define and execute the rollout strategy. Define and execute learning experience strategies. Direct the development of new and updated learning experiences (ex. live classes, videos, online courses, hands-on activities) in close partnership with Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts. Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate program learning objectives and outcomes. Conduct a recurring content audit to ensure learning materials stay up to date. Share frequent progress updates with our team, partners, and stakeholders. What you need: Estimation techniques skills Structured project management methodologies Metrics analysis and quantitative management skills Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Washington Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000 Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
