For this role, we seek an experienced and hands-on Principal Program Manager who is a capable and collaborative product leader, intensely customer-driven, metric-driven and who loves building and driving theexecution of exquisitely crafted solutions to customers’ most challenging problems. As part of this role, you will be driving the strategy and execution to modernize support experience for Microsoft Power Platform customers. This position requires strong collaboration and teamwork across team and organizational boundaries, playing a vital role in transforming the support experience for Dynamics and Power Platform customers.

This position will provide an opportunity to play a leadership role in driving investments in delightful UX experiences and platform capabilities to improve customer satisfaction and directly impact controlling and reducing the spend – the impact of this extends to the bottom-line revenue numbers reported by Microsoft. You will also have an opportunity to influence the direction of customer support experiences across Microsoft. Our North Star is to align customer support experience, including customer-facing self-help experiences, backend services, and leverage innovations in Machine learning and other technologies across Microsoft.
Your ability to be a strategic thinker, metric-driven, and strong collaborator will be critical to your success in this role. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
Define the strategic plan and investment roadmap for customer support experiencewith a clear focus on KPIs
Drive decisions based onthe most impactful customer problem and do cut-throat prioritization to identify the most impactful investments in the UX and platform capabilities
Leverage your superb interpersonal skills to collaborate and execute with a diverse team across engineering, customer support, and business stakeholders
Partner with user research, design and development team to drive the execution ofinnovative UX and platform capabilities
Create an end-to-end UX and functional specifications with visual and written designs
Establish partnership withproduct leaders across Microsoft to leverage learnings and technology (e.g for Machine learning/AI driven solution) to accelerate investments and time to deliver
Experiment and use data and analytics to discover insights into ways to improve or iterate on the product
Provide updates on the progress and metrics to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- 5+ years of Program Management/Product Management experience
BSc or higher inSoftware,Computer Engineeringor equivalent
Experience in building machine learning and AI driven products is a plus
Able to handle high-leveland time critical deadlines and deliverables across a broad range of topics.
Growth mindset to explore newproducts and business ideas
Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Experience working with design and research teams.
