The Hub WW Delivery Offers and Expansion team is part of the Last Mile Delivery and Technology organization and is responsible for designing, launching and managing the offer strategy of the Hub Delivery program around the world across all of its various use cases. Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join a team leading the creation of new offers and evolutions for Hub Delivery across the 8 countries in which it currently operates and in new countries in coming years. This role will lead strategy, management and monitoring of partner-facing policies within the offers team. These policies govern how and when our partners operate across all of our geographies.

A successful candidate will be fluent in dealing with and articulating trends and analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable analyzing and prioritizing strategic trade-offs, experienced with program strategy and strong in stakeholder management. They will be comfortable with leading in a high visibility role, managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, drawn to thinking big about new channel use cases, and able to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep into the data. Any background in logistics, finance, last mile or supply chain will be considered a plus.

This position can work from our offices in New York, NY, Bellevue, WA or Austin, TX. Domestic relocation is provided.

Key job responsibilities

This role will maintain and update our partner policies, establish the policy benchmarks and roadmap, evaluate partner policy and agreement changes and recommend new or updated policies to leadership to achieve Hub Delivery channel goals. This role is global in nature and include frequent interfacing with operational, technical, legal and programmatic stakeholders. The role includes up to 15% domestic and international travel.

The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! We are in the process of growing a WW team to expand and support the channel in 8+ countries!

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • JD, MBA, Masters in Public Policy/Administration or related preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
