Amazon Sr. Program Manager, Operations Integration, AMZL Energy in Bellevue, Washington

Description

The Global Fleet and Product (GFP) team’s mission is to provide the vehicles and services that enable Amazon to delight customers within our last mile operations. This Sr. Program Manager, Operations Integration role, within Amazon Logistics Energy on the GFP team, is responsible for ensuring Operational & Launch Readiness of our Last Mile sites in preparation for operating electric delivery vehicles at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with the Charger and Vehicle Product Teams, Operations, Training, Maintenance, and Safety Organizations to refine processes and workflows for operating and maintaining the Electric Delivery Vehicle Charging Infrastructure at scale

  • Solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions

  • Create and maintain multiple, complex, and concurrent program plans

  • Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs

  • Track and monitor program progress

  • Define key performance indicators or success metrics by program

  • Report on status against program objectives

  • Work effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  • Experience managing the build out of EV Chargers or EV Charging Network or EV Charging stations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Administration.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
