Amazon Sr. Program Manager, AMXL , AMXL Services and Scheduled Delivery in Bellevue, Washington
Description
Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the AMXL, heavy/bulky logistics, Services and Scheduled Delivery team. This role will identify, define and drive the development and implementation of new last mile tools, features and processes to expand AMXL delivery services offerings and quality to improve end-to-end customer experience and streamline processes world wide on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Author Strategic documents with implementation plans and entitlements to support Operations Planning
Own scoping contributing to Business Requirement Documents to support Services and Scheduled Delivery (SD)enhancements.
Own and drive implementation of new features into existing planning and execution processes
Own user adoption of new and existing tech features
Own reoccurring syncs with partners team on Service and SD related enhancements. Both short term and long term OP asks related to Services and Returns
Primary contact for Last Mile Technology partners in working through tech gaps for AMXL and Services
Work with tech partners when trouble shooting technical gaps in operational execution
Author business review documents
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
