Job Overview As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for T-Mobile for Business you will work with our product and sales leaders to develop the marketing strategy and messaging for our segment-specific solutions. By deeply understanding our business goals, market position, and offerings, you will define and deliver our product positioning, messaging, and content strategy across the customer life-cycle to engage our customers and empower our sales channels. We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has a curiosity about partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver content that clearly demonstrates our "must have" customer value. The role requires a person who is technically-oriented, with experience in a medical or clinical environment who exhibits strong writing and presentation skills. You will craft messages about product capabilities and competitive positioning, create product data sheets, sales presentations, and sales tools. Your experience working in the SaaS space will help us accelerate even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking thoughtful risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed. Job Responsibilities: Acts as an industry thought leader in the market, including authoring, speaking, engaging with industry-specific, applicable media channels as a vertical expert Understand the market, competitive landscape, segment difficulties Articulate/message product strategy and customer pain points as it serves the target market and ecosystem of IT audience influencers and business decision-makers Establish value proposition, develop messaging and drive brand positioning in the market Leads the overall marketing strategy, including the complete customer journey and its marketing mix (ATL, TTL, BTL, inclusive of the brand, demand gen, events, and post-sale retention engagement) to improve revenue and margins Guide alignment of messaging and content creation of all marketing materials across organizations (product, sales, care, etc) Educate sales teams on products/services/solutions and create collaterals to ensure retention and follow-through Lead collaborations across product management, sales, and operations team Support EBC briefing with prospects/customers targets, content development, key messaging alignment with sales and product Guide customer research and thought leadership content development to tell a compelling story for the target audience/buyers Education: Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required) Work Experience: 7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Go-to-market Strategy Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close collaboration with Product Management and Sales (Required) Segmentation A strong technical foundation, including experience delivering segment-specific solutions (Required) Customer Experience Management Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling (Required) Communication Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (streamlined messaging and compelling presentation of c
