Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Sr. Product Managers, Wholesale located in Bellevue, WA will own and drive the roadmap, development, and strategy for new products and experiences. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establish partnerships across the IoT/MVNO organization and the enterprise to define, develop, manage, and drive execution of the product roadmap based on business and customer needs. Write product requirements documents, ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, and development teams. Participate in technical design and architecture with cross functional team's network architects and engineers, IT architects, and various back-office teams for successful development and implementation of the requirements. Responsible for defining product features, documenting product requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to drive product feature implementation. Recognize and communicate business and technical challenges to stakeholders and make educated trade-off decisions with the team. Responsible for determining technical impacts, problem solving and proposing solutions. Provide support to partners and internal operational teams to resolve partner issues related to billing, network connectivity and network performance. Generate and maintain dashboards and reports that track product health and success metrics. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products. Collaborate and develop positive working relationships with many teams, including engineering, technology (ETS), sales, operations, back office, legal and finance. Work with outside partners and other third parties. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Skill requirements: (1) Defining product strategy and platform roadmap for B2C, B2B, B2B2X and IoT segments using business process modeling standards to standardize business processes across Organizations and streamline and optimize end-to-end business processes across multiple value-streams including Idea to Market, Sales, Promotion and Price, Order to Cash. (2) Implementing new revenue models utilizing technologies including CRM, E-Commerce Applications, Web UI, UX, Java, and Agile Methodology, Identity management and Billing platforms, Web 3.0 applications to drive Wholesale growth and revenue. (3) Deploying at least $3M scale digital transformation focused on digital programming and architecture using technologies including Cloud, SaaS, API design, and Microservice architecture for new Wholesale Strategic initiatives. (4) Designing User interface (UI) and User experience (UX) and data-driven product management methodologies including A/B testing and usability studies. (5) Managing and coaching teams of product owners, product managers, consultants, and vendors/contractors to deliver IT solutions, and reviewing vendor LOEs, SOWs, and contracts. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, or related, and 7 years of relevant work experience.
