The Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our Value-Added Services (VAS) team.

As a Sr. Product Manager for VAS, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for Value Added Services products in the Americas region. This leader will be responsible for developing long-term scalable solutions to drive effectiveness of partners. They will be flexible to adapt to changing needs, drive long-term thinking, and grow and develop their teams. This leader will drive alignment with partner teams across Program, Product, and Technology to deliver on the vision, deliver through the team and others, and deliver long-term scalable solutions. The leader should be deeply connected to the data, be forward-looking, and make sound high-judgement decisions.

A successful candidate will have experience with products and cultivating high-quality partnerships, be highly analytical, resourceful, a visionary thinker, an excellent communicator, and able to operate at all levels of the organization. This high-visibility role requires someone comfortable making critical business decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and often ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, has a keen attention to detail, and is driven to execute our VAS strategy. They must be an outstanding communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of engaging diverse audiences across the organization. Effective time management between projects and rapid responses is crucial for success in this position. Key attributes for this role include maturity, sound judgment, negotiation skills, the ability to influence, analytical skills, and leadership.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-faceted programs and products, driving alignment across organizational boundaries and collaborating with senior leadership.

  • Analyze business data, identify actionable insights, and devise cross-functional solutions to deliver measurable success.

  • Navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and align teams around a shared product vision.

  • Develop comprehensive scoping documents outlining innovative solutions and product ideas, define objectives, analyze data, and set quantifiable success metrics.

  • Build consensus for the product vision among all stakeholders, including cross-functional partner teams.

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy, collaborating with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to prioritize the portfolio and allocate resources.

  • Partner with program managers, business leaders, and the executive team to communicate and drive critical business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
