T-Mobile is building its new ERP platform and is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Technical with deep Oracle ERP expertise and a solid understanding for business to develop the roadmap and drive the adoption of the new integration platform. This platform will connect an ecosystem of 100+ applications to the Oracle ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle ERP integrations, particularly Oracle Fusion, and a proven track record of delivering robust integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. A solid understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, integration methodologies, and standard processes is essential to help guide the migration of internal systems and applications into the new Oracle ERP ecosystem. This individual will play a meaningful role in supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with T-Mobile's enterprise objectives. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise for Oracle ERP (Fusion) integration solutions, including API, event-based, EDI, and file-based integrations. Develop and lead the product roadmap for the Oracle ERP integration platform, working closely with customers to prioritize features and initiatives that deliver maximum business value. Continuously evaluate and adapt the roadmap based on evolving business needs, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with T-Mobile's strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of enterprise applications into Oracle ERP, focusing on system resilience, scalability, and security. Lead the planning and execution of Oracle ERP migration strategies, including the adoption of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ensuring the convergence of legacy systems. Define and maintain integration governance frameworks, including operational models and RACI matrices, specifically tailored to Oracle Fusion's architecture. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain partners to gather requirements and translate them into integration results aligned with Oracle ERP capabilities. Establish and guide efforts to evaluate the metrics related to performance and reliability of all Oracle ERP integrations. Ensure compliance with industry standards for data protection, encryption, and integration security across Oracle ERP connections. Act as a liaison with Oracle technical teams and external partners to address integration challenges, ensuring efficient performance of the Oracle ERP environment. Work Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and handling integrations in Oracle ERP (Fusion) environments within large enterprises. (Required) 6+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required) Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with a strong focus on building and leading reusable integration components and templates. Consistent record of delivering integration solutions supporting finance, procurement, and supply chain functions in enterprise-grade Oracle ERP implementations.
