Amazon Sr. Product Manager, Predictive Analytics, Hub Delivery in Bellevue, Washington
Description
We're seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of predictive analytics solutions for Hub Delivery operations. This role bridges business strategy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making to optimize delivery networks and enhance customer experience.
A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.
Key job responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for predictive analytics solutions in hub delivery operations
Partner with operations teams to identify key challenges and opportunities for applying predictive analytics
Translate complex operational problems into clear business requirements for technical teams
Lead cross-functional teams to develop solutions for demand forecasting, route optimization, and capacity planning
Create and monitor KPIs to measure the success of predictive analytics implementations
Drive adoption of new tools and processes across hub operations teams
About the team
The Hub Delivery product allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
5+ years of product management experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries
Strong understanding of logistics operations and last-mile delivery concepts
Experience working with data analytics teams and translating insights into action
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Experience with logistics/supply chain software platforms
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts (technical expertise not required)
Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
Experience in change management and digital transformation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
