Description
The Hub WW Delivery Offer and Expansion team is part of the Last Mile Delivery and Technology organization and is responsible for designing, launching and managing the offer strategy of the Hub Delivery program around the world across all of its various use cases.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a team leading the creation of new offers and evolutions for Hub Delivery across the 8 countries in which it operates and in new countries in coming years. Initial areas of focus for this role will be Hub Delivery offers in the US and Japan.
A successful candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, be fluent in dealing with and articulating trends and analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods, comfortable analyzing and prioritizing strategic trade-offs, experienced with product/program strategy and strong in stakeholder management. They will be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, have experience in international markets, drawn to thinking big and the prospect of evolving the program into new use cases, and will be able to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep into the data as well as to effectively partner with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams. Any background in logistics, finance, last mile or supply chain will be considered a plus.
Bellevue, WA is the preferred location for this position to facilitate coverage of Asia-Pacific time zones. Domestic relocation will be provided.
Key job responsibilities
Offers will include analysis of the operating environment, competitive benchmarking, partner profiles, value added services as well as pricing and policies for each country. The charter also includes monitoring of existing offers to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as planning pilots and related offers for Hub Delivery in new countries and for new use cases.
A day in the life
A day in the life of this role is likely to involve identifying and deep diving offer-related data to understand trends and offer performance, writing offer reviews and other strategy documents on the basis of analyzed data and meeting with stakeholders to discuss and align on offer recommendations or to monitor offer changes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, loves and is skilled at writing, has excellent judgment and enjoys engaging with global stakeholders.

The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! We are in the process of growing a WW team to expand and support the channel in 8 countries!
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Master's degree or equivalent
Experience operating in international markets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
