Amazon Sr. Product Manager, DEX - Delivery Experience in Bellevue, Washington

On the Delivery Experience (DEX) team, we are constantly innovating to help our customers get even faster delivery, on an ever-broader assortment of products, with ambitious goals to expand these global delivery services to more cities in US and internationally.

As a Sr. Product Manager on the DEX Speed team, you will be responsible for developing new customer experiences that help millions of customers discover our fastest delivery speeds as they shop on Amazon. In this role, you will own vision and strategy for Same-day Storefront and also develop a compelling 3Y vision for evolving product discovery experiences for same-day and faster delivery speeds. You will be challenged in solving complex CX challenges that with VP and S-team visibility launching WW feature experimentation. You are an ideal candidate for this role will have following skillsets/competencies:

1) Ability to use large data streams to identify potential opportunities of redefining customer experience. The candidate must be able to identify the impact of launching the delivery model on operations, customer experience, transportation requirements and long term scalability.

2) Ability to think big regarding the feasibility of rolling out new CX across the US considering legal, PR and financial implications.

3) Understand the technical requirements of launching new models, translate the requirements to feature requests and work with engineering teams to prioritize it on their roadmaps.

5) Partner with finance team to build P&L for new experiences

Prior experience with conceptualizing and launching large scale CX programs, defining the end to end customer experience, user flows and delivery models a plus.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
