Overview

Edifecsis seekinga Senior Pricing and Licensing Manager to joina dynamic role that facilitates communication and coordination amongst every department. This role requires someone skilled in contract negotiation and review, financial analysis and modeling, product pricing and packaging, and client auditing and licensing. No two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact revenue.

 

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Executives, Sales, Product Line Owners, Consulting, RFP teams, Finance, and Legal to price and develop customer facing proposals, execute software license contracts and statement of work efforts for On-Premise, SaaS and Service offerings
  • Help drive top line revenue and profitability by continually looking at process improvement by developing and maintaining pricing models that have market competitive fees including accurate metrics to maximize profitability while also ensuring GAAP/VSOE and internal financial and regulatory process are adhered to
  • Interpret complex, ambiguous agreements
  • Conduct client license compliance reviews
  • Maintain accurate client license entitlements and pricing database
  • Work with finance to build out and communicate financial metrics for contracted deals
  • Participate in the pricing, forecasting, and collection of renewal fees
  • Create ROI models and work with sales to develop negotiation strategies to support sales opportunities
  • Communicate to leadership (Sales, CFO, CEO) on deal structures and work to obtain appropriate approvals
  • Act a central point of contact for any pricing, licensing and renewal issues and providing guidance and resolution to customer issues

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree required (preferably in finance or engineering)
  • 7 + years of experience in designing and implementing pricing and licensing strategies for B2B software companies including on-premise (Perpetual/Annual) and subscription software
  • Finance and contract negotiation background preferred
  • Knowledge of Software revenue recognition and experience in healthcare IT solutions preferred
  • Ability to act at times without having the total picture and lead others effectively through change and execution
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detailed oriented with advanced mathematics aptitude, analytics and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers/staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com

     

Note:Theexpectedbase pay range for this positionis $112,000 - $164,000per year.
