We're looking for our next dedicated and inventive rock star to help drive our narrative and PR strategy for T-Mobile Fiber. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who can collaborate and work independently to bring (and implement!) ambitious, break-through ideas. You'll develop smart, tailored media plans, dream up and sell in unique story concepts, develop and manage reporter relationships and solve problems. And when we need you, you'll be willing to pinch hit on a wide variety of projects for the team and in lock-step with our agency resources. * This role is based in Bellevue, WA and follows a hybrid schedule - 3 days/week in the office * Job Responsibilities Lead PR and communication efforts around T-Mobile Fiber. Collaborate with marketing, internal and external partners to develop and implement brilliant PR strategies across earned, owned and paid channels. Advise leadership and executives. Land coverage in broadcast, print and online outlets. Lean into data and insights and drive a steady drumbeat of news and stories, creating programs that reach local communities and engage with our social teams. Qualifications 3-5 years' experience managing communications and media strategy at a PR/marketing agency or fast-paced corporate comms/PR team. Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. In-depth knowledge of what makes news and how to manufacture coverage without hard news. Ability to partner across the company and with different teams. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Calm under pressure amid tight deadlines. Understanding of consumer technology and/or broadband and wireless industry. Proficient using MS Office suite of products. Personal Characteristics Thrives in a fast-paced culture of change and innovation.
