We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as the Sr PM, Community Connect, DSP Business Health for the Last Mile team. This person will own our flagship field-engagement program - DSP Community Connect. This program delivers improved DSP health and customer experiences through up-leveled station relationships, real-time data-centric problem solving, communication and feedback mechanisms, and stakeholder collaboration. This Sr PM will own the creation of new programs, reporting mechanisms, deep performance analysis, and cross-functional partnerships with existing product and program teams. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to:
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive a culture of consistent improvement
Identify, develop and improve strategies for the DSP onboarding and training process
Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to leaders of DSP programs & products as well as overall Last Mile leadership to drive increased effectiveness for our DSP partners
Collaborate at high-levels of decision-making, building trusting relationships centered on our DSPs and customers
The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
