The Sr Operational Insights Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement by leveraging data, analytical methods, and innovative business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations to leaders and partners. This role will identify, implement, and manage the right technology and systems, including an employee survey tool, to capture feedback and generate insights that enhance T-Mobile's enterprise delivery processes. By integrating survey outputs and diverse data sources, this manager translates insights into impactful strategies that drive organizational goals. The Sr Operational Insights Manager will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing how T-Mobile delivers value at scale. Job Responsibilities: Select, deploy, and manage systems, including employee survey tools, to gather feedback and generate actionable insights to improve enterprise delivery processes. Analyze diverse data sources to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leaders and stakeholders. Design, implement, and manage employee surveys to ensure meaningful data collection, and develop processes to translate survey outputs into strategies that enhance enterprise delivery. Create and present detailed insights, dashboards, and reports to leaders and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on recommendations and outcomes. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and tools, adjusting strategies and solutions as necessary to meet evolving business needs Partner with cross-functional teams to design and optimize processes, workflows, and tools that drive operational efficiency and align with organizational goals. Education: Bachelor's Degree Quantitative, Business or computer-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, or computer science. (Required) Work Experience: 10+ years Related analyst work experience. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
