Job Overview STRONG PREFERENCE FOR BELLEVUE, WA but will consider all 3 HQ's The Senior Merchandising Strategy Manager role is responsible for driving world-class customer experience strategies across our entire store portfolio. As a key strategic owner, this person will work closely with business teams across the enterprise to drive visual merchandising experiences that deliver on key objectives, identify KPIs, build test and learn parameters and ensure creative execution delivers on the strategy. This position owns developing account relationships across the company, creating merchandising strategy and alignment plans, briefing internal merchandising and marketing teams and is the lead merchandising representative in cross functional meetings. This position owns merchandising strategy planning and execution through to launch, coordinating cross functional teams, identifying milestones , dependencies and presenting tradeoffs. They also participate in all cross-functional meetings. Other duties include driving intake process for initiatives. developing and implementing tools and procedures to enable the Retail Merchandising team to achieve better strategic planning, prioritization of initiatives and execution of campaigns resulting in operational excellence for the field and impactful experiences for customers. This role requires cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Brand, Product Management, Creative, GTM, National Account Managers, Channel Leadership and other Enterprise Delivery Partners. Must have ability to assimilate detailed data and insights, processes and people in a structured way that advises critical thinking and planning. Must have ability to present to senior leadership. Job Responsibilities: Provide coaching, feedback, project mentorship to other team members Own and direct merchandising strategy, tactical deliverable and represent needs at leadership meetings Build detailed briefs and tactical documents, kick off internal working teams and track deliverables for all projects. Highlight potential roadblocks and recommend solutions or tradeoffs for programs. Drive end to end execution of campaigns/projects including project milestones, timelines, budget, coordinating production needs and communication to internal business partners and leadership. Prepare campaign/project strategy communications, alignment shifts and launch recaps. manages the execution of creating business process mapping and documentation and recommendations for process improvements Build key relationships with internal/external business partners, represent Retail Merchandising strategy in all cross functional Marketing and GTM meetings. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business or Marketing (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years In Marketing or Retail Merchandising experience (Required) 2-4 years Wireless Experience (Preferred) 2-4 years Analytical experience preferred.
