Open to having someone based out of our offices in Atlanta, Tempe, Nashville, or Seattle.We are seeking a Sr. Manager, TOM ACES Quality, for the Transportation Operations Management team. You are responsible for driving out defects within the yard and middle mile operations, scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. You will look at the big picture from business and technical perspectives and will have proven experience balancing sustaining and stability issues for a 24x7 environment to support the growing scale and complexity.Responsibilities include raising the bar for what matter most to our customers through standard work, auditing, and process improvement. Additional responsibilities include leading critical to quality initiatives across the organization, writing project documentation, and driving project schedules and roadmaps. You will make appropriate tradeoffs; communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams. You will drive action across cross-function teams through influence and deliver a cohesive product that satisfies all stakeholders.You will develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives as well as roll up your sleeves to dig in and get the job done. As a Sr. Manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, escalate appropriately, and balance business demands.
