Job DescriptionThe Sr Manager, Reporting & Analytics will lead an analytics team within the Procurement Operations and Performance Management org. Success in the Sr Manager, Reporting & Analytics role will require maintaining a close working relationship with multiple business units and the value creation teams across the Procurement to deliver insightful reporting to drive performance. This role will be responsible for reporting: design, produce standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for Procurement performance. Serve as our subject matter expert and perform modification and enhancements on existing reporting based on evolving business requirement. The Sr Manager, Reporting & Analytics will excel in the areas of data manipulation and visualization, statistics, financial analysis, and reporting. Supports advanced analytics including prescriptive and predictive analysesIdentify and communicate key insight behind reports and analyses to leadership teamComplete complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting. Serves as a subject-matter expert on the teamQualifications7-10 years' experience in analytics and reportingMinimum Required7-10 years' experience in leadership role managing a teamDemonstrated knowledge of a variety of analytical concepts and techniques including: cost-benefit analysis, sensitivity analysis, predictive analytics, optimization, decision trees, performance metrics and scoring2+ years of experience utilizing statistical software such as R, SAS, etc.Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBIExpertise with SQL querying language (MSFT SQL Server and TeraData)Some experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages (e.g. Python)Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environmentStrong ability to think creatively and develop new solutionsAble to build strong cross-functional relationshipsDesiredEducationMinimum RequiredBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management or related fieldMaster's Degree in Economics or Business preferredMinimum Qualifications* At least 18 years of age.* Legally authorized to work in the United States.* High School Diploma or GED.* Pre-employment background screen.Company ProfileT-Mobile U.S. Inc.
