That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! As a Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for T-Mobile's Channel Partner Program. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated, data-driven marketing plans that leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize brand impact and partner channel growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial strategy, product, segment, offer, operations, media, analytics, and creative teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with company priorities and deliver measurable results. You and your team will be responsible for to partner marketing, through partner marketing, and partner experience life cycle management programs. Job Responsibilities: Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive growth for the T-Mobile Channel Partner Program. Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize marketing execution, and enhance customer engagement. Author and manage marketing plans, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile for Business & Partner Program objectives while orchestrating resources for on-time and on-budget execution. Partner with creative, brand, agency and digital marketing teams to produce world-class campaigns and compelling content tailored to audience needs. Establish strong measurement frameworks, working with analytics and operations teams to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives. Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing strategic direction and fostering a high-performance, a positive place to work, and a results-driven culture. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years' experience in marketing strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and B2B marketing with national brands. 2-4 years' experience delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution with experience in the B2B Partner Channel (VARs, SIs, MSPs, MSSPs, TSDs, etc) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Channel Partner EcoSystem : Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems, marketing enablement, and "to" and "through" partner marketing models. Digital Marketing: Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing and Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical. B2B Insights: Exceptional experience applying business insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc. Experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing performance metrics, and demonstrating measurable ROI. Leadership: Ability to orchestrate cross-functional marketing initiatives with clear business objectives. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with leadership teams to align marketing priorities with business objectives. Collaboration and Influence: Strong communication skills to partner with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute large-scale marketing programs. * At least 18
