Together, we won't stop! Job Overview At T-Mobile we are customer obsessed, and that customer obsession along with the business results it drives comes to life in our stores. The Sr Manager, Express Stores is responsible for leading a team of Retail Development Managers who influence and drive sales results and operational excellence in 3rd party or Dealer stores. These teams also ensure the T-Mobile brand and customer experience is represented in a way consistent with our standards. A successful Sr Manager will coach and develop RDMs to keep them focused on the right opportunities, help them positively influence results, build plans to deliver against stated goals, and deepen their business acumen. The Sr Manager will also establish and maintain effective relationships with Dealer management teams to influence higher level performance and the experience provided in Dealer stores. The Sr Manager reports to the Market Director, and is ultimately accountable for the sales and operational results, as well as the experience offered, in the Dealer stores in their territory. Job Responsibilities: Provide guidance, oversight, direction, and motivation to the Retail Development Managers you lead, in order to build a cohesive and positive team environment, in which individuals also get the feedback, mentoring, and personalized performance plans they need to gets results. Be the sales leader for this channel. This includes meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives, proper forecasting, and ensuring that the resources are available to meet these goals. Work with RDMs and Dealers to ensure store operations and customer experiences meet company standards and expectations. Monitor market trends, competitive performance, product innovation, and advertising in the marketplace in order to provide input into the strategic planning process for this channel. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 4-7 years Related sales experience including indirect/direct/retail/third party selling arrangements. (Required) 2-4 years Sales & operational experience Multi-unit management experience Experience of successfully managing direct reports.
