T-Mobile Sr Manager, Device & Sup Chain Perf Mgmt in Bellevue, Washington

The Senior Manager Device & Supply Chain Performance Management manages annual device portfolio purchases in the billions to support all channels and lines of businesses sales and growth; impacting annual operations costs and monthly inventory. This role works to optimize all operations drivers in order to achieve company financial and business objectives. Operational drivers are put into context of financial modeling in order to provide performance feedback to the operations team and monthly financial planning and analysis guidance on earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) and operating cash flow. This role leads a team in providing weekly feedback to the operations team on their performance.

What you’ll do in your role.

  • Lead a team to run Operating Free Cash Flow (oFCF) models

  • Lead a team to run the Device & Supply Chain EBITDA driver based models

  • Communicate performance to the operations team

  • Coach operations team on their performance based on expectations

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Masters/Advanced Degree: Strongly Preferred; MBA, Math, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Finance, Math, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering

  • 7-10 Years: Financial Modeling Experience; Complex Driver Based Financial Models

  • 2-4 Years: Management Experience; Leading A Team Of 4-6 Individual Contributors

  • Supply Chain Operations: Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work.
