You will play a significant role in driving sales and creating a best-in-class customer experience through influencing partner brands to deliver best in class content, data, navigation, and traffic initiatives. You will have a high level of curiosity shown through customer facing engagement and data analysis, understanding of your assigned partners business and customers, and application of best merchandising and marketing practices.

Key job responsibilities

Partner externally with brands to influence and drive optimization for our mutual benefit.

Develop demand forecasts to ensure partner brands keep out of the stock at or better than required thresholds

Ensure that product detail pages are thorough, accurate, and up-to-date, and you optimize our search and browse functionality to ensure that customers can find the products they want.

You understand the full range of merchandising vehicles available to you and when each one is most appropriate to use.

You are knowledgeable and curious about the partner brands you collaborate with.

You use data, analysis, and best practices to drive your decisions.

You develop in-stock solutions that can scale not only to known, existing business needs, but also to future and even yet-to-be-identified use cases.

Partner to deliver new brand experiences and act as a PM as required.

Represent your brands in large cross-functional or cross-category projects that support the Amazon flywheel.

Ensure optimization of promotions, marketing, and Ads plan with partner brands.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
