Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Sales optimization in a B2B company is crucial for achieving sustainable growth, enhancing profitability, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. As the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the primary mandate revolves around streamlining and enhancing sales processes to unlock peak efficiency and effectiveness. This encompasses a comprehensive analysis of current sales workflows, the identification of bottlenecks, and the implementation of targeted solutions to augment productivity. In close collaboration with sales leadership, this role is pivotal in crafting sales forecasts, establishing targets, and formulating sales plans harmonized with overarching business objectives. This role will lead a proactive approach, continuously scrutinizing and refining plans in response to market dynamics and performance metrics. It involves refining and maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales processes, strategies, and resources. A successful sales operations team maximizes sales revenue and profitability, enhances the customer experience, improves overall sales performance and drives competitive advantage. Direct oversight of a dedicated team of Directors and Senior Managers underscores the role's commitment to orchestrating the planning, development, execution, and ongoing refinement of initiatives driving sales and operational excellence. Furthermore, this position operates in direct support of the Senior Vice President, T-Mobile for Business Operations, aligning closely with organizational leadership to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies with broader operational objectives. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Develop and execute retail and sales motion strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Partner with channel segment strategy teams to develop and execute partner engagement strategies. Sales Operations Execution - Develop and support business initiatives focused on enhancing sales expansion and operational efficiencies. Ensure sales teams have access to the necessary tools, resources, and support to drive success. Implement sales enablement technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, etc. to ensure alignment/support for sales initiatives. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within the telecommunications or technology industry. (Required) Proven track record of driving sales process optimization, revenue growth, and operational excellence. (Required) Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. (Required) Experience managing and developing high-performing teams. (Preferred) Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and process improvement methodologies.
